Hi,
feed-back on the class for anyone who might be considering it -

I was bored during the class. That is not a reflection of Nancy as a teacher, or of the style of yoga. But I am used to Kundalini Yoga, and every yoga is different, and everyone who practices has their favorite kind.

Boy am I glad I stayed til the end! When we were done, I was so relaxed, and my body felt different- hard to describe - but definitely a good feeling. The best thing for me - I slept REAL well that night, which is uncommon for me.

I will definitely be back, and hope to being two of my neighbors, and a friend.

Thanks, Nancy. What a gift!

This Tuesday is DansKinetics!

Post by nancyjg »

This Tuesday - Sept. 30th - we'll be grooving in a Shake Your Soul Danskinetics movement class instead of yoga. DK is a self-paced movement practice set to eclectic world music such as drumming, reggae and latin beats. Come sweat, stretch and let go of your stress! All are welcome.
We'll be meeting at 5:30 in the Library Guest House across the street from the co-op.
Remember...class is free, all donations are for the co-op.

Tuesday October 28, Nancy has kindly offered me the class to teach a Kundalini Yoga class.
So if you've always wondered what IS this Kundalini stuff, here is your opportunity!

Hope to see you.
