Hi All!

I love being able to get messages over these kinds of systems. I think the way such messages will carry the most weight and be the most efficient is when we only get relevant messages.

I suggest all of us try to stop and think "who do we want this message to go to" ... is it everybody or just one committee or just one or two people? I'm personally guilty of pressing the wrong buttons all the time and sending everyone a note that only needs to go to one or two people. I don't want to jam up people's mail box with irrelevant messages and I find I have no time to read all the messages when mine overflows, so sometimes I miss something important.

Maybe we can all cooperate to focus on making sure we don't send bulk messages except when we need everyone to know something.

Hope this doesn't sound like spam.
