Raw milk

Post by John Leary »

Just read an interesting article in Salon. It seems that drinking raw (unpasteurized) milk provably reduces incidence of eczema and hay fever. Read more about this here.

raw milk/cheese farm

Post by bekenney »

I've been meaning to get up and visit this farm Bobolink in Vernon. I'm new to raw dairy, but I'm definitely interested in learning more. There are a few others in NJ I'm aware of as well. Anyone interested in a short day trip up there to learn more? Let me know.. -brian.

Day trip?

I could easily be persuaded. Also, you might want to check in with Nayla who runs the Multiculture forum on this board.
