Secretary of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Tom Vilsack seems like more of a friend of Monsanto than he is one of ours-
It’s Syngenta and DuPont that are complaining and i doubt that they have our best interests at heart.
I never even heard of Syngenta but they seem like ADM.
