Co-op Member yardsale August 8th! (BEFORE SUMMER FEST)

Post by Danielle Geist »

Outreach is going to be hosting a co-op yardsale (a-hem, parking lot sale?) on Saturday August 8th from 10-2 (before Summerfest). There is no fee to sell anything at this yard sale. We will be working out of 1/2 of the Elks parking lot as well as the parking lot next to the Trans County building.

***you may sell whatever you want (as long as it is legal and appropriate to bbe in public).

***We ask that furniture be limited to only one or 2 pieces and must be light enough to be carried by a single person. If you have something larger you want to sell, you may advertise it at your selling table, but please don't bring it, we have limited space.

***You will be responsible for your own display area, we cannot supply you with tables or chairs.

***You will be in charge of your own money

***You will be in charge of your own clean up. Please do not leave items in the parking lot after the sale

***Please price all of own items for sale.

***You do not need to be there at 10 and you do not need to stay until 2. Spaces will be first come first serve.

Since we will be using the parking lot as our selling grounds, be aware that driving your items to the store may not be the best choice. Consider carpooling, being dropped off or bringing them in a cart if you are close enough to walk.

No tabling fee, but any donation to the co-op is greatly appreciated.
Please spread the word to others!
As of now we will take the first 30 people or households that would like to sell, so please reply ASAP with your name and a general idea of what kind of things you'll be selling. Any questions can be emailed (daniellegeist@gmail.com) back to me or asked in person if you see me around the co-op.

Thanks y'all for your hard work and see you around!

Danielle Geist, co-chair of Outreach.
