A toute heure

Post by bekenney »

Hi guys..it's Brian (new member). I can't give this awesome new restaurant in Cranford enough praise. They are a "green" restaurant, and are using mostly, if not all, locally grown/produced ingredients and products. (A good percentage of these being organic as well). There is a huge blackboard inside the restaurant listing origin of the produce or dairy or meat being used. A good portion of their herbs are grown directly behind the place. Can't get much more local than that! Very friendly husband and wife chef/owner team. I'd highly recommend supporting this place in creating an ample customer base. Doesn't hurt that the food is phenomenal as well!

Chef's advice

Post by John Leary »

Hey Brian, you've got a chef's pedigree yourself, don't you? I seem to recall that from when you came in for orientation...

Thanks for the tip. I'll definitely schedule a trip there.
